Watch: Sights & Sounds from Portland Diamond Project Day on 1029/750 The GAME

What a day.

We celebrated the second anniversary of the Portland Diamond Project this week with PDP Day, including a live broadcast of The Bald Faced Truth with John Canzano from the Portland Diamond Clubhouse at 1919 SW Morrison.

Fans came from all around Portland/Metro to celebrate the movement to bring MLB to Portland.  Plus, Canzano had a bevy of entertaining and informative on-set interviews with President/Founder Craig Cheek, Managing Director Mike Barrett, baseball consultant Darwin Barney, and charter investor and Portland Gear founder Marcus Harvey, among others.

Portland Diamond Project also released brand new renderings of the future home of the MLB team in Portland, including the first aerial shot of the stadium that had fans buzzing.

We also gave away special gear, sampled free beer from Breakside Brewery and ballpark food from Olympia Provisions, and raffled off a signed baseball from PDP charter investor and Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson!
