There was no change in the top four of the latest College Football Playoff Rankings, released Tuesday night.  Ohio State remained number one, with LSU, Clemson and Georgia rounding out the playoff field heading into conference championship weekend.

The Utah Utes (11-1) moved up a spot into the fifth spot following their South division-clinching win over Colorado, and Alabama’s loss to Auburn in the Iron Bowl.

The Utes are just ahead of Oklahoma (10-1) at No.6, with Baylor (11-1) No.7.  Those two teams meet Saturday in the Big 12 Championship Game.

Debate will undoubtedly heat up should Utah and Oklahoma both win their respective conference championships, and Georgia loses to favored LSU in the SEC Championship.  Would a 12-1 Pac-12 Champion Utah team take the fourth spot, or will the committee favor a 12-1 Big 12 Champion Oklahoma team with more brand recognition and star power?

Oregon is up a spot to No.13 in the playoff rankings, with USC the other Pac-12 team in the rankings at No.22.
