Thank you.

That is how we feel about you, our fans and our loyal listeners, as once again 750 The Game stakes claim to being Portland’s Most Listened to Sports Station.

The numbers from the most recent ratings book that ran through mid-September are out from Nielsen Audio, and The Oregonian/OregonLive wrote up a full recap of the winners and losers (spoiler alert, we won).

The Dan Patrick Show (6-9am on The GAME) repeated again as being Portland’s top-rated sports show across all time slots, earning a massive 7.7 share, while the next highest-rated sports talk show in morning drive earned a 1.6 share.

The Bald Faced Truth with John Canzano (12-3pm on The GAME) won again as the highest-rated local sports talk show in the market across all time slots, earning a 3.5 share, with the next-highest local sports talk show getting a 2.4 rating.

Our fearless leader, Bruce Collins, provides the following statement through Oregon Live: “I’d like to thank all the Portland listeners for their support of 750-AM The Game. We take great pride in our content and producing entertaining and informative shows with hosts Dan Patrick, Jim Rome and John Canzano.”

But enough about us.  Yes, we’re proud that the hard work of our employees and talented hosts are reflected in the ratings.  But none of it would matter if you, the listener, did not choose to spend time with us on 750-AM and 750TheGame.com.  We genuinely value you, and appreciate your loyalty and engagement.

As the Ducks, Beavers, Blazers, and Timbers all seek to reach championship aspirations, we do the same to champion you, the Portland listener.   Once again we can say, it’s a GREAT day to be with 750 The GAME!
