Per ESPN’s Ramona Shelburne, Golden State Warriors superstar Kevin Durant will not play in Game One of the Western Conference Finals against the Portland Trail Blazers, and his status for Game Two is also in serious question.

Durant was diagnosed with a right calf strain after coming down on a jump shot in the third quarter of Game Five of the Warriors semifinal series with the Rockets.  Golden State overcame his absence to not only win Game 5 to take a 3-2 series lead, but also went on the road and ripped out a Game Six win in Houston to clinch the series and advance to the Western Conference Finals.
